We employ a developmental approach to promote cross-cultural knowledge, skills, and awareness. Drawing on identity development
theories we work with individuals to develop the confidence, capacity, and skill to enhance self-awareness and be more effective
in approaching multicultural situations.
Drawing on multicultural organizational development theories we work with academic affairs and student affairs units to become
more inclusive, accessible, and multiculturally aware about their organizational cultures.
Our offerings include professional development workshops, day-long and beyond workshops, brown-bag speaker series, and professional
develoment institutes. CoDaC also offers individualized consulting and coaching for faculty as well as campus units.
