Our Approach
CoDaC employs a developmental approach to promote cross-cultural knowledge, skills, and awareness. We conduct multicultural research, offer innovative workshops, and partner with departments/units to become more inclusive, accessible, and aware of their organizational cultures.
Opportunities for Faculty & Graduate Students
CoDaC offers topical workshops, professional development institutes, and an innovative scenario-based learning series called Rehearsals for Life. Our Faculty in Residence Program provides a course-release to work with CoDaC staff on programs related to our mission. For graduate students, we offer Graduate Research Awards to support summer research.
We also offer individualized consulting to assist with:
- Multicultural curricular development
- Engaging “hot button” conversations in the classroom
- Social networking to resources on campus and beyond
