CoDaC creates professional development institutes for faculty designed to enhance their ability to work with diverse groups of learners. Through readings, discussions, role-plays of actual teaching scenarios, and hands-on coaching, faculty participants increase their awareness, knowledge, and skills needed to work within complex classroom environments. These are not your everyday faculty workshops. They are vibrant learning communities in which faculty acquire concrete skills to work effectively within today’s multicultural classrooms.
